Calibration Services
Microtronix provides Test System Calibration both here in London Canada or at
your site.
We also provide a Calibration service for your Microtronix Artificial Ear and
Artificial Mouth. Just ship them to us and we'll look after it.
Technical Support
Technical support at Microtronix is not like other hi-tech companies. We
will never put you in phone queue waiting for the "next available staff
member" like certain other companies who's name starts with
"Micro". New equipment is given a generous measure of free
support. We do bend over backwards to keep you going. After that we
have a number of ways to look after your support needs that keep your up time

Upgrade/Repair Services
Like all technology sometimes our equipment needs an upgrade or very rarely
repair. Usually it is simpler to send it back to us for a quote. We
will evaluate what is wrong and get it back to you in short order.
Custom Services
Our staff has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of equipment
testing. We can modify any of the Microtronix standard software products,
like country kits programs to be exactly the balance of speed and test
requirements that you need. Our hardware can also be modified for our
customers needs.
If you have a special project that needs doing we
would be happy to evaluate it and let you know how we can help. Our
competencies include custom hardware/board design, test fixture development,
embedded controllers, DSP software and Windows device drivers and
application development.
Installation Services
If you feel more comfortable having our staff set up your Microtronix equipment
we would be happy to visit. This is also an excellent time to have a
training course for your operators and technicians. Contact your sales
representative to make arrangements for installation.
Training Services
Training in the operation, servicing, calibration and programming of our
equipment is available at the Microtronix facility in London Ontario Canada or
we can send someone to your premises. (This latter option is sometimes
more popular for our customers located in more southerly countries in the months
of December through March when the Canadian winter is upon us.)
We have a curriculum for a one day, three day and
a five day course however we make sure that your people cover the areas most
applicable to their needs. Contact your sales
representative to make arrangements for training.
